Effivet Eye Area Cleaner for use around the eye area to clean. It is useful as a teardrop stain remover and to remove debris around the eye area. It is an easy to spray liquid and hydrogel formulation which is an electrolyzed water solution known as hypochlorous acid that is dermatologically tested and is pH neutral.
